I've spent my career on both sides of the admissions desk. I understand what it takes for students to stand out because I've read over 2,000 applications for highly selective institutions. With experience that spans top-tier universities, an international boarding school, and mission-driven non-profits, my goal is to demystify the college application process and empower you to tell your unique story.

I believe that applying to college should be a journey of self-discovery, not only a source of stress (though some may be unavoidable!). My approach is to work closely with you to find a list of colleges that's the right academic, social, and personal fit, and support your vision for your future.

My Experience

Originally from Buffalo, NY, I left the snowy winters for colder ones at Dartmouth College. After graduating, I moved to NYC, where I created a college application program for a non-profit sailing center, which allowed me to help students from a wide variety of backgrounds. My time in higher education administration at both Dartmouth College and Tufts University School of Medicine, gave me a comprehensive understanding of diverse academic environments and professional school pathways.

I then brought this expertise to an international boarding school, where I successfully guided students to universities in over 10 countries. My experience extends to the other side of the desk as well. As an alumni interviewer for Dartmouth and an application reader for UC Berkeley and Middlebury College, I gained invaluable insight into what admissions officers are truly looking for.

With an A.B. from Dartmouth, a graduate certificate in college counseling from UC San Diego, and fifteen years of experience, I'm equipped to guide you on your journey.
